Poetry 'Cabaret' for Child.org

Hosted by the University of Leeds Poetry Centre in aid of Child.org’s 'Team Mum' campaign.

You are invited to Leeds’s first ever poetry charity ‘cabaret’ (think performance poetry with wine!). Expect a mixture of students, staff and local Leeds poets sharing their thoughts in verse on the theme of parenthood and/or childhood.

 Confirmed speakers so far include: Vahni Capildeo, Rachel Bower, Dominic Leonard, Abdullah Adekola, Karl O’Hanlon, John Whale, Caitlin Stobie, Kimberly Campanello, Becky Cherriman, Matthew Stoppard, Meegan Worcester and Amy Carter.

 Refreshments (wine, soft drinks and snacks) provided. First drink free, second drink by donation.

 All ticket sales and proceeds are donated.
